Service Description

After an initial free consultation each session will be delivered either at your home or near by outdoor space. The sessions will be tailored to what your needs are. For Postnatal sessions babies are welcome to be there! In light of Covid 19 regulations some equipment may need to be purchased by yourself.

Cancelation Policy

There is a 24 hour Cancellation fee. This works both way between client and trainer.
